Bandelli Line has created the CARPE DIEM collection of watches that enhance your time.
As the year draws to a close, the well-known Italian brand Bandelli line moves into a new sector, which is full of potential but could also be full of pitfalls.
We have chose the month of November to launch our first collection of watches for ladies and gentlemen, after popular request from the fans of the company based in Brianza. It is no accident that we chose the name Carpe Diem: the well-known latin expression we borrowed from the poet Horace which underlines the passage of time.
It is liberally translated as “seize the moment” and urges us to live life in the present. As always, Bandelli Line pays great attention to quality and design: we have chosen solid steel both for the watch case – 36mm or 40mm diameter – and for the strap, unless you prefer one of our straps in real Italian leather.
We use a reliable Japanese quartz mechanism by Mayota guaranteeing that the owner will only need to change the battery. And last but not least, the entire Carpe Diem collection is waterproof up to 10 atm.
We have also given a lot of thought to the design, which recalls the popular shapes of prestigious and famous brands. The range includes classical, discreete tones as well as trandy, casual brightly-coloured straps.
Proud of his first steps into the world of watches, founder Franco Bandelli says: “We felt that we had to accept the callange o broaden our range of products beyond the bracelets which our clients appreciate so mutch. We felt it was our duty to add watches to our collection. We chose the latin expression Carpe Diem both to affirm our national identity and to invite our customers to make the most of the time we are given, and not only to measure time with a watch, no matter how precise it is.“
